Apple HealthKit data

• Workout data (type, duration, calories burned) — read-only access, used solely to determine app unlock status

• To provide the core app experience — tracking simulated orders, streaks, and savings
• To read workout data from HealthKit for gamification features (e.g., unlocking the app after completing a workout)
• To save your preferences locally on your device

4. HealthKit Data

NeverEats requests read-only access to your workout data through Apple HealthKit. This data is:

• Used only within the App to determine unlock eligibility
• Never shared with third parties
• Never sold or used for advertising
• Never transmitted to external servers
• Never used for purposes other than the App's core functionality

5. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any third parties. The App operates entirely offline with no backend servers.

6. Data Storage and Security

All app data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. Data is protected by your device's built-in security features including encryption and passcode/Face ID/Touch ID protection.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data exists only on your device. You can delete all app data at any time by deleting the App. Uninstalling NeverEats permanently removes all associated data.

8. Children's Privacy

NeverEats is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party integration is Apple HealthKit, governed by Apple's own privacy policies.
