NeverEats is an entertainment and wellness application designed to help users reduce food delivery spending through humor and gamification. The App does not provide food delivery services, does not process food orders, and does not connect users with restaurants or delivery drivers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of NeverEats and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The App is a paid application. The purchase price is a one-time fee. No subscriptions or recurring charges apply. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policies.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NeverEats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
